Isle of Wight MP Bob Seely today welcomed the Government's announcement that the Isle of Wight Council will receive additional funding for family programmes.

Island MP Bob Seely has written to Minister Kevin Hollinrake asking for a better deal for postmasters and is seeking a parliamentary debate on the issue. 

Bob Seely MP said: "It’s good news that ministers have agreed to look afresh at the Island’s funding settlement. I’ll be working with them, as well as experts on the Island, to ensure that our Island's case is as strong as possible.
